  • How do I care for Chaptex Cloths?

    Machine or hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Air dry. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach. Do not dry clean.


  • What payment options do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club. You may also checkout with PayPal or ApplePay.

  • How long will it take to process my order?

    We offer same day shipping on orders received and verified by 3:00 PM EST (M-F). Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST (M-F) and on holidays are processed the next business day. When your order is confirmed and shipped you will be notified via email of the tracking number for your shipment.

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

    We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to call us at 888-467-5766, Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. EST.

  • Does Chaptex charge sales tax?

    We are required by law to charge sales tax only on orders shipped to Florida, where Chaptex is headquartered.


  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship to the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Saipan and all U.S. Military locations around the world (APO / DPO / FPO addresses). You may experience slightly longer delivery times when shipping to U.S. territories or a destination outside the 48 contiguous states.

    We do not ship internationally at the moment, but are working on delivering Chaptex to customers around the world soon.

  • How much is shipping?

    We offer standard economy shipping (5-9 business days) for $4.95. Two expedited shipping options are available: 2nd Day ($15) and Next Day Air ($35).

    Standard shipping is FREE on all orders over $50.00 in the United States (free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders).

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy?

    If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges). You are responsible for return postage. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

    After 30 days, Chaptex cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects.
